Privacy notice

This notice covers the website feichti01.github.io only. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its support page.

This static site is served by GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, GitHub processes the technical connection data your browser sends, in particular your IP address, and logs it for security purposes. The controller has no access to these logs. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in providing a secure, publicly reachable website. GitHub (via Microsoft) is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Article 45 GDPR).

If you write to the address above, your email address, your name if given and the message content are processed to answer your request (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted when the matter is closed, unless statutory retention applies. Issues and comments on GitHub are public and governed by GitHub's terms and privacy statement.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to office@feichtiq.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
